Run [Digitizer Panel] Driver Setting Panel, Prompt [device Not Connected], Please Check Following:

1. Please check the USB cable is connection deeply and check if the light on tablet is blink?
If not blink it means connection no problem. If blink means tablet connection have problem, need check cable.

2. For Window 7 computer check following step :
A: Return to the computer desktop, right-click [Computer] on the desktop and select [Properties]
B: In the pop-up window, check whether [Pen and Touch] is [Pen Input Available], [Pen Input Available] means the digital product is connected to the computer

3.For Window 10 computer check following step :
A: Return to the computer desktop, right-click [Computer] on the desktop and select [Properties]
B: In the pop-up window, check whether [Pen and Touch] is in the state of [Pen Support], [Pen Support] means the digital product is connected to the computer

4. If you had install other brand drivers before, please must be uninstalled it from your computer completely, then restart computer and new download Acepen Driver.

5. If you download the driver an error occurred. Generally, because the user’s computer system is genuine Windows 10 64bit, the driver needs to be certified, so after driver certification, this should not happen.
